The Process We Follow
Cutting
We use Italian imported OP cutting machine to cut precisely as per customer requirement.
Marking
Laser marking is done as per part codes on the ferrule.
Assembly
Fittings are inserted in the rubber hose to make it ready to crimp further.
Crimping
Assembled hoses are further sealed by the method of Crimping which is done with our German Uniflex Machinary
Testing
Hoses are tested on double working pressure to withstand maximum pressure to ensure best working efficiency of hoses.
Cleaning
Any remaining debris are further cleaned with the help of a compressor air gun.
Packing
Hoses are packed with best materials for safe transportation.
